Roles

Each role contains a series of permission settings.

 

Create Role

click  in Roles grid to create a role.

 

 

Item	Description
Role name	Name of the role, must be unique in TempSen Express
Permissions
Devices	Configure Device	Once checked, you could configure device in Devices page
	Stop Device	Once checked, you could stop device in Devices page
Data Files	View	Once checked, you could view Data Files page and detail page
	Create	Once checked, you could save data to TempSen Express, including downloading data from logger to TempSen Express or importing PDF files
	Edit	Once checked, you could edit saved data files using the available edit options
	Delete	Once checked, you could delete the saved data files in TempSen Express
Configuration Profiles	View	Once checked, you could view configuration profiles page and configuration profile detail page
	Create	Once checked, you could create configuration profiles
	Edit	Once checked, you could edit existing configuration profiles
	Delete	Once checked, you could delete the saved configuration profiles in TempSen Express
Settings	View	View settings in Settings page
	Edit	Edit all settings in Settings page

Delete Role

Select a role record in Roles grid by single click the role record, then click on tool bar to delete the selected role.

Default Roles

Item	Description
Administrator	Owns administrative permission to TempSen Express Could access Administration page Permission of this role could not be changed This role could not be deleted
Normal user
