Advanced Security Mode

Enable Advanced Security Mode will enable following features in TempSen Express, and these features and functions will help users of TempSen Express achieve better compliance of FDA 21 CFR PART 11.

Item	Description
Multi-user Management	Create multiple users Each user could access TempSen Express with their own user name and password Create different roles with different permission settings and assign them to users
Digital Signature	Allow user to apply digital signature to data files in TempSen Express
Audit Trail	Users's critical actions performed in TempSen Express will be recorded for audit purpose
Protected Database	TempSen Express data base files will be encrypted and protected with password user provided

Please note Advanced Security Mode could not be revoked after being enabled.

Security Settings

Item	Description
Allowed Failed Login Attempts	User account will be disabled when failed login attempts exceed this number, set it to 0 to disable this setting
Password Validity (days)	User will be forced to change password after password expired, set it to 0 to disable this setting
Allowed Inactive Time (minutes)	The period of time during which a user can be inactive, user will be logged out after this period, set it to 0 to disable this setting
